Thank you for your interest in our Asian wedding showcase.
In order to register your attendance, please complete the form below. If this is not completed and submitted, we cannot guarantee your entry on the day. Our showcase will be held on Saturday 25th April, between 1pm and 5pm. Please select an hour time slot that you wish to attend.
Please note, that venue hire at Syon Park start from £9,000 (inc VAT), with a maximum guest capacity of 160 for a seated reception and only our accredited suppliers may be used for catering, décor, floristry and production.

The Groom and ushers take charge of the
Great Conservatory before the civil ceremony
to welcome guests.

The Bride arrives separately before the civil ceremony
and makes final preparations in the Lovaine Room.

The ceremony commences at the
Great Conservatory.

Guests enjoy drinks and canapés, whilst
the couple have some photographs.

Guests are seated for dinner and speeches.

Cutting of the wedding cake
and the couple’s first dance.
