Prices for events from 1st April until 31st October 2011
Every year the stunning State and Private Apartments at Syon House, and the Great Conservatory in the Gardens play host to a number of exclusive luncheons, formal dinners, receptions, concerts, birthday parties, meetings, wakes and other corporate events. The prices below should act as a good starting point however, and please note that they exclude catering, photography, music, entertainment, flowers and so on.The events team would be delighted to put together a bespoke quotation for your particular event.
Weddings and Celebrations.
Syon Park is very popular for weddings and receptions too. From April to October each year (the main season), Syon House is available for civil marriages or partnership ceremonies (or indeed drinks on arrival - if you marry in church) at 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays only, for up to 120 guests. After the ceremony, drinks can be served in the Inner Courtyard Garden with its central fountain and parterres of cream and white scented flowers – or in inclement weather, the State Dining Room.
Guests then move over to the stunning Great Conservatory for dinner and dancing. The Great Conservatory can accommodate up to 150 guests seated at table, or up to 200 for a standing reception. It is not possible to hire the Great Conservatory alone on a Friday or Saturday, but it can be used on its own for evening parties on other evenings of the week. Regrettably it is not suitable for parties from November to March.
Wedding celebrations from April to October:
Monday to Thursday (not Bank Holidays) Great Conservatory/ 6pm to Midnight - £3,000
Sunday or Bank Holiday Mondays Great Conservatory/ 6pm to Midnight - £4,000
Friday Syon House & Great Conservatory/ 3pm to Midnight - £7,000
Saturday Syon House & Great Conservatory/ 3pm to Midnight - £8,000
Wedding Ceremonies all year round: Syon House is also licensed for smaller, more intimate morning ceremonies alone for up to 50 guests, and can be used all year round. Ceremony time is subject to registrar availability, but it is usually offered at 10 or 11am.
Friday Syon House/ 10am to 12.30pm - £2,000
Saturday Syon House/ 10am to 12.30pm - £2,500
Marquees and Outdoor Events
From October to April, Marquees can be sited opposite Syon House in the Lime Avenue, and its adjacent fields for balls, parties, conferences, fashion shows and other events for up to 2000 people. Subject to availability and time of year, a marquee may also be erected on the South Lawn, at the side of Syon House, for up to 1000 people too.
All facility hire charges for the grounds are calculated on an individual basis.
The Garden Room Marquee in the private walled garden runs from May to September in 2010 and 2011 for large parties and receptions for between 200 and 600 guests, depending on food service style. For a truly memorable party setting, Syon Park has partnered with leading event management company The Ultimate Experience. This structure is finished to the highest standard, and includes furniture, pinspot and atmospheric lighting, a discotheque, and speech/ sound system. Ceremonies are subject to registrar availability, and the couple must make all arrangements directly themselves with the registrar's office at Hounslow Council
Prices are for venue hire only in the main --- and are exclusive of catering, flowers, music, registrars’ fees, marquee hire and so on.
Times for setting up and breaking down may attract additional fees.
Clients are required to show proof of public liability insurance of five million pounds for weddings: other events may be required to have higher levels of cover in place.
